RRGGGG!!
I have an older cousin who never had children , She is almost 50 yrs old, although she does not have kids she feels it's ok to go around telling people how to raise their kids !
My sister was just telling me how this cousin told her she would be a better parent than my sister and her husband together.!
She is always telling her that she is a bad mother and how her efforts are not good enough ..I know my sister and she is a good mom! I''m so mad at my cousin , she has had problems with her brothers for the same reason ..trying to be a parent to their kids ..
My sister is quiet and did not say much back to her ..I wish I had been there to put her in her place.!
Who does she think she is ...rrggg@#^%$$#&^&*$%*$*$!!!!

She needs to babysit for weekend or even a week. That'll cure her of her belief that her way is the superior way. Parents do the best we they can. And so will she!0

Nope.
I used to know a woman who was an excellent babysitter. Kids loved her. Always did what she asked. Which led her to believe that she knew better how to parent those children. Kids behave differently for a babysitter than they do for their parents.0 -

My sister is like this...and she has kids!! When we have family functions, she scolds and punishes the neices and nephews (when we aren't looking). I'm the only one of the other three of us who will call her to the carpet if I see it happen. One time she slapped my 3-yr old nephew's hand for something that he did (can't remember what). I chewed her out, then took the baby to my brother and told him what happened. You should have seen the *kitten* fly!! She still pulls that crap, but tries not to get caught.0 -
So rude! Im sure your sister is a wonderful mother. You should politely tell her you dont appreciate the digs at your sister and her husband and she shouldnt be judging if she has never had children.0

What can I say... I don't have kids myself, but simply put, it's easier said then done. She has never done what she's said, otherwise she would be approaching differently.0

Sounds like a coward to me. Be a bully to the kids but can't face the parents. If we don't stand up for the little ones who will.RRGGGG!!

I dont have kids myself and used to think I knew about kids because I was a nanny for a while.
Until I dated a man with kids ..I learned the hard way just how demanding being a parent is and the constant guilt some parents go through for not being able to be" Perfect as they do what the can yet they have people pointing at them ..people who don't help with an income or with time to come give them a hand and are only good to judge..0 -
