Cold VS. Hot Green Tea

I love Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus and cannot stand hot tea. Does cold tea reap the same benefits as hot tea? I love it because it's zero calories:)

    Yes it does. It's still the same drink. Just in Iced Form! Sometimes those bottled teas are fake or have added sugar however, which isn't good. I'm completely addicted to Starbucks green tea. It's so delicious. But expensive. You can also brew your own! Just brew it extra strong, water it down with ice cold water and put it in the fridge for an hour or so.

    Is the Starbucks green tea iced or hot? I may just have to try it tomorrow!:) Green tea has become an addiction for me.. ha! Better than soda at least..

    I buy caffeine free teas (the caffeine free part makes no diff) and brew up a big pot then put it over ice in a pitcher into refridge. Some days I have several glasses as a change from water. I've done just fine with this
