    If you are talking about the Beachbody 10 minute trainer - I love it when I am travelling.....
    At home I go to the gym, but when I am on the road I can get a solid 30 minutes workout in without any gym equipment - so great....

    I would normally do at least 3 of the programmes - rather than just 10 minutes

    Thanks for the feedback and yes, please let me know how you find it once it arrives!! I'm curious as to whether it works or not cos I'm a bit stuck on the 'really, only 10 minutes?' kinda thought...

    How do you find doing more than one of the workouts?
