Hi,
Does anyone on here know roughly how many calories are burned in a 45 minute kettlebell workout? Have been going to class and also using a DVD at home, I can feel it really working but am not sure how many calories I'm burning.

Depends on your height, weight, age and weight of kettlebell. But the amount of calories you burn is high with kettlebells.
