My favourite summer guilt free snack!

It's coming up to the sunshine months and I can't help but always want something crunchy and cool to snack on.. That's when I realised there's nothing better than sugar free (and basically calorie free... 1.6kcal in 100g) ice pops! They're great as they come in so many flavours (raspberry being my personal favourite) and keep me cool and refreshed!

Thought I'd start this thread for everyone else's summer guilt free snacks and let everyone know my slim snack secret!

    You could try making your own icepops, stand some water in the fridge with a lot of lemon/orange/berries in it overnight then pour them into an ice pop mould and freeze - voila - homemade very healthy icepops. Can even try making them out of crushed berries or freezing a whole banana. Yum! xxx

    Banana dipped in melted dark chocolate and then frozen. OM NOM NOM.
