Ok I started my weightloss journey back in 2010 where I lost 56lbs from May 2010 to Dec 2010. Last year I put 48lbs back on due to mainly spending most of my time eating out at restaurants with my new partner (now husband) and enjoyed our time together (my family says it's because I was content lol I say it was because I was so busy to have time to cook fresh food. I'd moved to another part of the country, moved offices to suit for the company I work for and planned our wedding for March 2012 as well redecorating the house along the way.
I wanted to share my journey in pictures as well as to show myself I've done it before and I can do it again. I want to get back to the weight I was when I met my husband at the very least which was 216lbs before the end of 2012. So here is my journey so far:

Heaviest weight 272lbs March 2008 size 26 (UK)

56lbs gone. Weight then 216lbs October 2010 size 18 (UK)

225lbs Feb 2011

June 2011 - hubby and I's 6 month anniversary pic. Weighed approx 235lbs

Our wedding day March 13th 2012 - weighed 264lbs size 22

And now at 258lbs
There are so many motivational people on here and it helped me lose 56lbs before and now that life has settled down i'm ready to go at it again and reach my goal of losing 112lbs to take me down to 160lbs and hopefully a size 14. My husband is a HUGE motivator for me recent events have made it difficult to do the things we used to but he's on this journey with me also mainly for his health and we push each other along each day to shift the weight and get down to the sizes we want to be

I know where you are coming from here. Between Sept 2010 and Jan 2011 I lost apx 40 lbs and was doing great on my diet. I met my boyfriend Jan 2011 and steadily gained all the weight back plus more. I know we ate out too much. He also loves getting me little treats as a sign of how much he loves me, and to some extent I was embarrased to be counting calories and measuring food in front of him. I finally said enough is enough and am now on this journey again. I know we can both do this, espically with our very committed hubbies!0

Hi there thanks for sharing
life does get in the way sometimes (so to speak lol) we ate out alot too. Thai meals mainly but also the hubby is a choccie addict lol (which I rarely used to eat before I met him) now it's time to start again as you said and aim for the weights we got to before and hopefully beyond  0 -
Thanks everyone for your lovely comments :flowerforyou:0

You can do it! I lost 25 lbs before my wedding back in 2007. After the wedding I promptly gained it all back because I felt less restricted since the wedding was over. I stopped exercising and I ate whatever I wanted. I have lost the weight again this year and lost even more than before. And this time I am making it a lifestyle change.0
