NANDOS! Best resturant for us dieters :)

Went to nandos first time in ages on tuesday night - wasnt planned so I instantly scanned the menu for healthy stuff.

I had already ate my dinner so allowed myself a snack -

I had a chicken wing, ratatouille and a side salad...just over 200kcals!!

Went there again today (not making a habit honest) - a quarter chicken (~200kcals), side salad (10kcals) and small corn on cob (69kcals)...amazing!

They have other stuff like salads which are reasonable, even a plain chicken burger is around 350kcals - but steer clear of pittas and wraps - the haloumi and mushroom (as lovely as it sounds) is one on the highest items on the menu....H+M (not the shop)wrap - 777kcals!

Frozen yoghurt (fat free) 62kcals per 100ml, ice lolly just a bit more than that, olives 132kcals a bowl.

My new favourite eatery!
