    I'm usually quite gentle and supportive, but this made me flash to an image of Cher smacking Nic Cage in the face from Moonstruck yelling "SNAP OUT OF IT!" However, as a person who has suffered from depression and got SO SICK of hearing "just cheer up!", I know that's not the answer!

    Sure hope that in the month+ since you posted that you've found your footing again!
