Leg Cramps

I've been having really bad leg cramps, I drink tons of water and eat a banana a day. Anyone have any better tips?

    would love to hear this too....I have been walking every day for about 2 months...and mine just started yesterday. I could only get 1 mile in before I had to stop.
  • I dont know what your food intake is but you have to EAT. Dont starve yourself of good food and expect it to react. Cramps are warning you that something is missing. Proper stretching and food intake should help cramps. Lots of water.
