I am 5'6 and had my second child 4 months ago on 1.23.2012

I started working out on 5.16.12 and now today I am posting my results

I have gone from 193 in Jan to 179 on 6.6.2012 :)

Here is a pic to show my progresss

    Great job! You look awesome for having a baby 4 months ago! I am still struggling to lose my baby weight from my son who just turned 1. How did you do it?

    just watched what I ate ... had a cheat meal every saturday morning ((brunch with the girls)

    (( I was taking in about 1200 calories than burning 300-600 a day ... I DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE, now I eat about 1440 and then burn so my NET calories intake is around 1200 ))
    and I burned 300-600 calories with cardio a day

    20 mins on the treadmill 3.2mph at a 3.0% incline-100 calories GONE!
    stairmaster 20 mins -120 calories GONE!
    stationary bike 20 mins- 200 calories GONE!

    plus, lightly lifting weights 3 days a week

    I workout about an hour 6 days a week .. and I have 2 kids (4 & 4 months) and full worktime
    So, I hit the gym 1 hour everynight around 7-8ish :)

    seems to be working for me <3
