I think of all of the posts I am really happy about this one. People keep telling me my goal weight should be between 140-160! I look emaciated at 180 so I'm glad there are other women who look AMAZING at the 170-200 lb. level!
Thank you!!!! My BMI says i SHOULD weigh about 140- but my body fat % is what I go by. Ive been at 170 for a couple years now and am still steadily dropping inches, sizes and personal hang-ups- all without the scale going any lower. I dont think I'd want to be below 160- but it took me a couple years at 170 to understand why and love my answer.0 -
My lean mass is really high- almost up to 140 pounds of lean mass. I work really hard on lowering my body fat percentage more than anything else- concentrating hard core on inches lost. I dont use a scale, just a measuring tape, a mirror, a camera and some goal clothes I nailgunned to my wall!0 -
You Sir, Just became my hero!
Amen to that!0 -
These are amazing! Congrats to all of you and thank you for the inspiration!!!0

I have just reviewed 80+ pages of personal transformations, and they are all inspiring and totally amazing to see. But here is what really impresses me the most: Unless I am mistaken, MFP has helped all these people do it the simple way (not the easy way, the simple way) - no diet, no pills, few if any surgeries, no contraptions or "as seen on TV"s. Just sensible nutrition (or mindful eating) and exercise. They all did it without shelling out money for products made by companies selling a dream of easy fitness which is a lie. The truth is they fought hard. Infact it was the fight of their lives and they are still fighting every day on out to the finish line.
This is what all these photos inspired me to understand about what I have to do and am doing to be one of them. Thanks everyone.
