Hello from Yorkshire, England

Hi

Been tracking for just over a week now and have lost 2 pounds already!!

I feel really positive about the whole thing, I also started running about 1 month ago, going from not having any experience to running 3-4 miles, 2 or 3 times a week! :smile:
