Question if im eating enough

I flip flop back and forth with weight gain, I always have.
This time im on track, and have been working hard the last few weeks and dropping some weight.
Today, i put in my totals for what ive eaten and what i plan to eat for dinner and did my completion part.
It says that in 5 weeks i will weight 202.8#s. I know this to be BS lol, cuz i know it wont happen BUT, what it also said is that im eating too few calories and that i need to eat a minimum of 1200 calories per day.
Im eating 1600 calories per day, but burning quite a few by exercise.. Usually about 700 to 800 extra calories a day. I do cardio and some weightlifting in the am, then 20 minutes of cardio in the evening.
Should i discount what this thing says, and just go with it or what.. This gets confusing to me when im working hard, losing and then it tells me im eating to little.
Isnt the entire idea to go calorie deficit .. I mean, im not hungry and eating sweets too.. Just not alot of anything

Dr. Pepper - Dr. Pepper Ten, 24 oz. (1 can) 20 6 0 0
Generic - Orange, 1 Medium 62 10 0 1
This is what i have eaten so far today, Minues my fudgecicle which i eat after dinner, but never miss it lol
For dinner i plan on a salad with croutons, slided grilled chicken, a hint of cheese and some carrots.
What do you gals and guys think.

Calorie intake/outake has a lot to do with your age, height, current weight, and activity level. Do you wear a fitness monitor to measure the amount of calories you burn per day?
I don't trust the workout equipment or online databases to give me estimates on the calories I burned. Sometimes those are over-estimates of what you actually burned.
When I run on the eliptical and program my stats in the machine and run between a 6.0-6.5 for 45 minutes it says I burn around 500 calories, but in actuality that number is closer to 375-400.
Your best off to speak with a Personal Trainer or nutritionist instead of trying to research this info online as they will be better able to assess your needs.0
