This is an uphill battle for most people. Everyone has failures and successes every day. We spend far too much time wallowing in the failures. I think we should celebrate even the smallest victories.

Today, I have pre-logged all of my food, AND stuck to what I have pre-logged.

What is your success for today?

I did my first 10k run.

That's a huge thing for me, considering I couldn't run 200m at the start of February. However, getting home tonight I realised the down-side. I've signed up to two races, one is a 5k in October and one is a 10k next May.

I signed up for the 5k when I was only able to run two miles. At this rate, by October, my attempts to ask for sponsorship are going to look a little ridiculous. :ohwell:

"Please sponsor me to do half the run I normally do..."

Awesome success! I remember that same success for me.

Thanks. It feels a little weird as my plan was to be a 10k runner. I made the decision I don't want to do longer distances, so if I can make these a regular thing then I'm done as far as distance is concerned.

However, my goal is to run a few each year, with one per year being for charity, so I'll work on collecting medals instead!

I tried to eat one of my huge 1000 calorie 'I don't want to bother having to eat twice today' meals and made myself thoroughly sick. Guess that's good, it's a habit I really need to break.

I had a conversation about running (I just started training for a half marathon) with a very athletic coworker and I was taken seriously! Lol - sounds silly, but you know how people just tend to kind of nod and smile when they don't think you know what you are talking about? Totally DIDN'T happen.....so that was nice :)

When walking to the bathroom I farted and didn't shart. I consider it a small success.

That is so awesome! I usually have an easier time balancing out my day when I pre-log things

My success story is that I wore my watch that my dad gave me and I was able to rotate it around my wrist without using the other hand (hard to explain, hope what I said made sense)

I successfully sneezed today for the first time in 3 days. (My back is out, so I haven't let myself sneeze since Monday because it's too painful)

I relate. When all my ribs were broken. I couldn't sneeze for like two months.

My victory is.......................... I don't know why, maybe the better weather.. My back doesn't hurt extremely bad today. I actually can't feel it hurting today.

Hmmm. I actually allowed myself a complete rest day? I generally feel guilty if I don't at least do something, but I forced myself to rest today, it is a small victory for me. Lol.

yesterday: Fit into a size smaller shirt

today: When I put on my bra, I usually do the last hooks. This time I went in to the middle hooks! I even tried the first hooks and was like "WOW!" I went back to the middle hooks only because I didn't want to push it hahah

I bought new workout clothes today. :embarassed:

I haven't worked out since last week because I had a serious gallbladder attack on Monday and can still barely stand up straight. I'm so bloated from the attack and I feel like poop so I went shopping. I hope the new gear will motivate me to get my *kitten* back in gear.
