Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm Justin, 28 year old firefighter from Southern California. Been doing paleo diet for about a month. Love it. Looking for more friends in general on here, as well as people who do low carb/paleo/keto diets!

I'm about 219 right now.. looking to get down to 200 by the end of summer.
