I need to exercise more.
That's all I really have to say.
What machine-less, DVD-less, Video-less exercises do all of you do?

Yoga. I've done it 5 times in the past week and a half and I feel a difference in my body already. My arm muscles are already stronger and I'm not as bloated. It's amazing.0

Find something that you will enjoy... otherwise you won't do it. For me its running and cycling, sometimes gym, for many its classes at the gym but whatever it is you HAVE to like it otherwise theres nothing to get you to do it :happy: Good luck you can do this!

Walking, super cleaning, climb up and down the stairs, squats, push ups, dips, lunges (remember knees not past the tongue of shoes), sit ups, standing knee lifts, arm raises, sit down on chair then hurry and get back up, kick & punch, my list goes on and on!! Just MOVE it -MOVE it you can DO it !!!!0

I love you all and I love this site. It doesn't matter what time of day I get on, there's always someone out there with something that makes me happy, or feel good, or better. I love each and every one of you. In that, internet, MFP, kind of way. lol. :laugh:

Hi There!
I don't have any of that stuff either. I go jogging 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
Then on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I do push-ups, sit-ups, and squats.

Surprisingly these things get easier... If for some reason I don't complete one of the weeks, I just repeat it again. I was stuck on Week 4 for 3 weeks...lol :laugh:

Cleaning is a great workout- especially scrubbing floors, washing walls & windows. If you have someone to exercise with- badminton and frisbee are great workouts too. DANCING!

the only thing that i do without a machine or dvd are
sit-ups, crunches, planks, etc.
and running, i really enjoy running.
but dvds are my master0 -
