Okay a few people asked so here is the recipe for the chocolate protein brownies I made based on Jamie Eason's recipe.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill ground flax seed
2 scoops Cookies n Cream Body Fortress Whey (can use vanilla too!)
2 tbsp Hershey cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Stevia in the raw
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
8 oz unsweetened applesauce
3 egg whites (can add more of these if you want)
4 oz water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, whey protein, baking soda, salt, cocoa) in a large bowl.
3. Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, stevia, applesauce, water) together in a medium sized bowl.
4. Add wet to dry and mix well.
5. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish (spray with nonstick spray first!)
6. Bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. (This batch took about 32 minutes in my oven, but I used a foil pan so I think that made it take longer; the first batch in a glass pan only took about 25 minutes).
Cool and enjoy!!!
Cut into 8 huge brownies or 16 medium sized ones.
Cut into 16 squares and each will have:

9g carbs
1g fat
5g protein
2g fiber
2g sugar
Hope you all try it and enjoy!!

Wonderful! Is the flax seed important to the recipe?0

Bump! I am pretty sure I have all of the ingredients. Body Fortress is my brand. I have five flavors at this very moment.
question: you have wet ingredients and list the stevia... my stevia in the raw is granulated. Is this made with something different?0 -
Looks yummy! Thanks for posting0

Nope! Just add an extra 1/4 C of flour if you don't use the flax. You can also use oat flour, whole wheat flour, etc.0

I will have to try these. I've been hurting for something a bit sweet to help with my sugar cravings. It's the one thing I have yet to fully kick.0
