Greek Yogurt vs. Regular

Wow...
I've been eating greek yogurt for at least a year...maybe 2 years...I had a coupon however for a free Tillamook yogurt cup and decided I wouldn't let it go to waste. Got the lemon squeeze kind.
It tasted like I was eating sugar. Sugar and lemon juice.
I'll stick with the greek yogurt now...

I was a faithful Yoplait eater for years - now I buy nothing but Trader Joe's Greek yogurt - my absolute favorite! Mixed with fresh berries and a bit of honey = delicious! Also makes a great sub for sour cream.0

I always tell people to use it instead of sour cream too! It's so much better!0 -
When I first tried Greek Yogurt, it caught me by surprise... all I could think of was "really thick sour cream"... then I realized how much I like sour cream. lol... I need to get a big tub of just plain greek yogurt and use it like that.0
