I'm tired. Its my TOM. I don't feel good. I want to skip working out today. I have been good and worked out during lunch for the past 5 workdays. Someone please tell me to go work out today.

GO WORK OUT!!!! You will feel SO much better if you just force yourself to do it. I really didn't want to get out of bed yesterday morning to do the Shred video, but I dragged myself up and did it and was SO happy I did. Just think of how good and accomplished you'll feel once you're done. And, I don't know about you, but with me working out helps a lot with the cramps that Aunt Flo brings

    just DO IT!!!

Well... you're probably not gonna like what I have to say. :-P Haha. I would advise you to not work out today. You've worked out for the past five workdays? Take a breeeeak. If you're going at it that much, unless it's really apart of your lifestyle, it's more than likely you're going to just stop altogether! I make sure to go every second day (maybe I'll skip two days, but I heavily monitor my eating!). It gives me body a day of rest and doesn't make me feel guilty. Also, doing this has helped me lose 4 lbs in the first week, so I'm doing something right.

If you DO decide not to go, just make sure you monitor what you're eating! :-) That part is just as important to weight loss as is exercising.

If you feel up to it, however, by all means, go boot 'er at the gym.

I need it TOO. My TOM...and also have been feeling a little "off" the last week or so...

I KNOW i have to work out today...and so do you! Just think how GREAT we will feel when it's done! sometimes for me, it's getting through the first 20 minutes...then the next 20 feel good. so let's get going and get through the first 20 minutes!!!!
I have actually missed the last 3 days because of personal things going on...but am ready to get back in there...

You can do it...and so will I...
