I would like to ask about a meal I used to eat in the morning...

it a Thyme sandwich ((Zaatar))..

I wanna know about this sandwich and how good is it, please...

Regarding Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protein....

The meal has

Calories: 407
Carbs: 59g
> 20%
Fat: 16g
> 25%
Protein: 8g
> nothing written..

My Daily Goal
=====================
Calories: 1,850
Carbs: 254
Fat: 62
Protein: 69

my qaustion is that is this sandwich realy have 407 Calories...

and what about the meaning of that
total Fat 16g
> 25%

is that mean 25% of the sandwich is FAT and it present 16g...

or there is another meaning

and how to add this sandwich in my meal if with its Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protein...
