I've got over 1000 calories I can use. The family normally have main and pudding. Not totally fussed about the menu options. I could maybe have a starter and side salad? your thoughts please!!!

You have plenty of calories for the grilled haddock fillet plus a little bit of pudding. Don't sweat it and enjoy!0
