I am 29 next month and have two lovely children ages 6 and 3. i need to finally lose the weight i gained on my pregnancy with my first child. i gained 112lbs, yes 112lbs in about 6 months. i have lost 32lbs of it over the last year but I'm desperate to shed the last 80lbs before i turn 30. fed up of being fat and ashamed. i work odd shifts, i do 4 days in work doing a minimum of a 12 hour shift and then i have 4 days off. i don't think my shift work and long hours help my diet at all. If anyone has tips or low cal easy quick recipes to share with me I would be really appreciative. Cheers Tra x

Are you active while you are working or do you sit at a desk? If you are active then you can keep track with a pedometer of how far you have walked and calculate the calories you burned doing it. Also I would pack a lunch, breakfast, dinner, etc whatever you eat at work the night before so you can prepare a healthy filling meal. Eating right is the big part to weight loss as well as exercising. Eating smaller healthier meals 5-6 times a day will help build up your metabolism over time but they cant be huge meals and they have to have a healthy aspect to it so your not taking in fattening calories.
Hopefully I helped alittle0 -
