Does anyone know the formula for someone's daily points allowance for the Weight Watcher Plus Points program? Or Anyone out there with my stats know their points allowance? 5'7, 173lb, female, 30 years old.

If I had to guess I would say 27 or 28.0

I think it's 29 points a day with 49 extra points per week. That's just from memory, though. I personally found that to be too high of points for me to lose much weight so if you can't lose on 1800-1900 calories a day average, I'd go lower.0

Thank you- used someone's calculator which gave me 29 points, so I will first try that then maybe lessen it some.0
