Hi all
I am on a global corprate challenge and do a lot of walking doing over 10,000 steps a day until september how do i put these steps in thanks for any advice.xx

    Your pedometer should also have a calorie counter...well mine does. It has three modes on it.

    Best thing is to do is to figure out your stride. http://walking.about.com/cs/pedometers/a/pedometerset.htm then seeing how far you walk over a period of time. Then enter the time x mph in the MFP calculator.

    It usually depends on your height, weight, foot size, and other circumstances, however there are many sites that you can use to calculate your calorie burn over a period of time.
