I am looking for a good (and affordable) device to keep track of the calories that I burn when doing my Jillian Michaels DVDs...any suggestions? Thanks in advance! :)

I got myself a Polar heart rate monitor which,I now, can't live without. I got a pretty basic model-think it retails for $99, but Amazon had one for $60
Give heart rate and based on your specific calculations, does a good job of reporting calories burned.

    Good luck
  • Thanks so much! What model did you get?

Again pretty basic the Polar FT4 heart rate, tones to "motivate" you to work harder, watch and chest strap, final calories burned count

I have the Bodybugg. You can wear it all day to get your total calories burned for each day and it's supposed to be 90% accurate.

...and it just broke, so maybe don't get that one.
