Not new here but I am looking for friends to support each other. I have lost 13lbs so far the past two months. I eat from 1200-1600 calories each day... I don't really have a set amount. I just eat until I feel full or at least satisfied. I have started Turbo Jam two days ago, and I can already feel a difference. I want to lose another 20lbs or so before my husband comes back from his deployment in October. My biggest problem is having the energy to get up every day to exercise. I'm trying, but I know I could be doing better. Anyways, feel free to add me!

Your husband will be grateful to see you no matter what and thank him for his service for me. You are probably number one in his heart and perfect in his heart so thats all that matters. if you want to continue to lose weight and that I would suggest taking a picture and posting it in your bedroom where you see it everyday and wake up and look at it, it will motivate you to continue striving for your goal.

Good luck and feel free to add.

Definetly can support each other! Add me too!! I've been trying to get up at 4:30 to walk the dog and it really does make a difference when you miss a day!

Wish you the best of luck. Hope your husband comes back safely. He's more of a role model then I'll ever be.

Thanks for that it means a lot. He is also trying to get in good shape over there, and we plan on working out together when he is back.
