What kind of cooking facilities will you have available? And what is your skill level with cooking?0

best one that I found thats super easy is to put some chicken breast, 1 cup of salsa for each breast and some taco seasoning in a slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high.
then when it's done fork the chicken into strips and serve with veggies in a wrap . SOO good.0 -
Jar salads! You put whatever salad you want in a jar! It is easy, yummy, and convenient! I always did lettuce, tomato, bacon bits, and cheese in mine and then brought a side cup with the dressing.0

thank you so much so far everyone..
I'll have an oven and pots to cook with and a microwave. i know i'll be okay lunch wise as i love salads its just the idea of getting home after 6 or 7 hours at uni to then spend the evening cooking and making sure its healthy scares me a little bit especially as i know i'll want to exercise in the evening after dinner.
i'm not much of a fan of salsa but thank you anyway anymore tips? i'm a fairly good cook too so i've been told0 -

i'll have your usual oven, microwave and toaster available. would love something that is quick and easy not something i'll need to spend hours preparing due to my course being 100% coursework.0 -

I suggest getting a crockpot or slow cooker. You can throw everything in there in the morning and eat when you get home. You can make some really healthy meals too. On Sunday, just prepare all of your ingredients and put them in bags so you can just dump them in the crockpot in the morning.
Also, I second the notion of getting a pinterest account.
