Good Workout Videos

I currently do JM 30 Day Shred (MWF) and her Six Pack in Six Weeks (TTS) but I'm getting so bored with it. I want to get two new videos to do every other week or every other month (haven't decided yet.) What are your suggestions?! I have been thinking about doing a yoga one.... I just need something until it starts snowing again and I'm forced to go get another gym pass.

I have about 30 videos I have gotten over the past few years that I rotate. I do a different one everyday and mix it up between yoga/pilates, circuit training, aerobics etc. For yoga, Rodney Yee's Yoga Burn is good, especially for flexibility. If you want a more intense Yoga workout, I like Bob Harper's yoga. They are both an hour long though, so you need to have some time. For a shorter one, Aim True Yoga is good., it has a 25 minute beginners and a 45 minute intermediate. I think kickboxing is fun too, you could try JM Kickbox Fastfix.0

I am currently in love and in hate with P90X ~ wonderful workouts! However, I am a huge Jillian fan and my absolute fave workout of hers is the Extreme Shed and Shred ~ there are so many different kinds of moves in that, i haven't gotten bored with it at all. i also highly recommend her yoga meltdown DVD.0

I have been enjoying Jillian's Kickboxing Fast Fix as well! I have also done her Shred it with Weights which is a Kettlebell workout. Both are fun!0

I have about 50 videos and some favorite instructors are Cathe Friedrich, Jari Love, Amy Bento.
Go to www.collagevideo.com and you can preview clips of the videos before buying!0 -
I love TurboJam and Turbo Fire. The instructor is very enthusiastic and motivating.0

I have recently started working out with Brazil Butt Lift & Turbo Jam and I love them both because they both give me an intense full body workout that doesn't feel like work!! I have P90X but can't seem to get into it right now because I am having so much more fun with the others. I like that I can follow the workout, work up a good sweat & feel energized afterwards. I also walk 5-6 miles a day weather permitting. I am also trying to use these to push me past a plateau. I too would like to know what others use & which ones brought success!0

Karen Voight - Slim Physique - aka sleek physique -- I REALLY like this. Has a different workout for each day of the week- cardio, strength & flexibility. Has 2 yoga days - one is strenuous, sunday is for relaxation & flexibility.
They're just right for me, not too easy, not too hard. I get it from netflix but am going to buy it - she has other workouts too
I also love Supreme 90 - I'm getting good results & compliments. you can find it online for around $20 - has a whole routine, diet etc. it's worth it0 -
Some of my favorites out of the billion DVDs at my house are Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, Brazil Butt Lift, Les Mills Pump, and Insanity.
Also, if you have netflix there are tons of videos on there you can do. You can switch them up all the time and you dont have to buy another dvd.0 -
Yoga-wise, I suggest Kate Potter's Namaste Yoga, Season 1 or 2. They're actually episodes from an amazing (and sadly now-defunct) TV series on (likewise defunct) FitTV. It's $50 for a complete season DVD, but you get 13 different stunning yoga episodes. One season would keep you in vinyasa-style asanas well into next year.0
