you're better than me then! I was good all week, but tomorrow and Friday is parent teacher conferences at my job plus Halloween. It's going to be a candy and beer filled weekend

I love the small victories. I jokingly told someone at work that he was in charge of keeping me away from the candy drawer. It worked!

I resisted the cupcakes as I baked them, organized them & sold them on Saturday.
The leftovers have been calling me all week at work, but so far so good!

Congratulations - isn't it an awesome feeling that you can say no - makes you feel in control!

I went on and on about planning on going out for dessert (bread pudding) the other day - anticipating the calories and how great it was going to taste. But you know what? - not so much. Didn't have the thrill it did when I was eating whatever I wanted! And it really upset my stomach because I haven't eaten rich food in a while. I think I would have enjoyed a nice fruit plate more!

    Wishing you continued success!

Good for you! Just keep thinking that it's like the peanut bowl at a bar...everyone has already touched them...ewww.

Keep up the willpower. If you do have a sweet snack, have in the privacy of your home in a controlled environment where you can really make love to it:heart:

It's definately my weakness. I had 5 little Mr. Goodbar miniatures last night while I on my exercise bike...how dumb huh?

    Good Work:drinker:

Way to go!! I resisted the ultimate cheeseburger last night, and it is these tiny successes that will eventually make us win!! Like someone told me, it is great to have that power!!
