6 pac

Now i've always wanted to know how do guys get 6 pacs i mean i've read online that abb exercises and high protein foods aswell as some cardio do the trick. But i know some people who have 6 pacs and they eat what they like i mean there diet is not strictly healthy and yet they have a 6 pac. So how do you really get a 6 pac?

    Lose body fat. Simple as that.

    Guys will only see a 6 pack if you get your body fat % under 10%. Eat really well and do some cardio to help lose fat too, along with core exercises.

    get the fat off - we all have 6 packs under all the mushy fat stuff ;)

    Lose body fat. Simple as that.

    While losing body fat is definitely the most important factor for a 6 pack, I've never seen anyone with a six-pack that didn't work out fairly frequently too.

    Could that be because people who work out lose body fat? Can't say I've ever seen anyone lose body fat who didn't work out :wink:

    Listen carefully;
    1) work your abs twice a week , about 8-12 reps for each set.
    2)Lower your body fat , then stay at this level for a while to allow the skin to stretch to the new shape.
    3)Rinse and repeat step 1 and 2.

    Thank you friends for your help you have really been great and you motivate me to try harder. When i look in the mirror after i workout i notice a 6 pac shape forming so i believe if i eat healthy and keep up my workout and lose body fat i should get results :)
