anything but it depends on your effort. do you use a HRM? with out it, your just guessing.
but if you can do burpees non stop at a moderate pace for 10 min. should do it. how fast can you run a mile?0 -

Try alternating jumping jacks, jump rope, and maybe mountain climbers or something else evil like that XD0
