Weekly weightloss goal?

To start with I had my weekly weightloss goal at a1lb a week.Struggled to eat all the calories.Thought would change it to 2lb a week.Less calories but think will find it easier enough to do with exercise calories added on.Just not sure if i've done the right thing.And was wondering what sort of weekly weightloss goal others set it at.

I have set my goal at 0.5 lbs per week - not too difficult to stay within calorie count most days, and in fact losing about 1.0 lbs each week so far which is great. I think you have to see what works for you and feels good. Be careful. Longer timescale to lose what you need to has to be most reliable in the longer term for keeping it off.0

Mine is set on custom goals but I think its 0.8lbs a week which is pretty much what I lose on average across a month0
