So I've been looking at different recipes because I adore crab ragoon, but I was wondering does anyone know a healthy recipe for it?

  I googled it and there are a lot out there. They are baked.I haven't tried them,yet!

  I couldn't find the recipe for the baked ones, maybe I was looking in the wrong spot. I'm gonna double check that right now, thanks!
