    Easiest Chili Ever:

16 oz Can Kidney Beans, 1 lb Lean Ground Beef, Chili Mix, Onion, 16 oz Tomato Sauce

Brown hamburger and onion together. Mix in everything else. Let simmer for 1/2 hour or so.

    I split into 4 servings and it's about 280 calories/serving.
Use Ground Turkey if you want even less calories.

I also add a little hot sauce for a kick.

I have been making this chili for years - sometimes I add cut up grilled chicken. I don't know the calorie count, but there's nothing in it that is high in calories! Enjoy!

    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cups divided onions
    3 cup red bell pepper
    6 ounces white button mushrooms
    salt
1 clove or to taste garlic
    1 cup frozen kernels corn
1 canned in adobo sauce chipotle pepper
    30 ounces canned black beans
    2 teaspoons dried cumin
    1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
14½ ounces canned tomato (Del Monte Fresh Cut)

We begin by reserving 2 tablespoons of the onions for topping the chili. In our dutch oven, we heat the olive oil and sweat the onions on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, we mince the garlic and clean and chop the mushrooms. When the onions are tender, we add the red pepper and continue to cook on medium heat for a few minutes. We add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices. Next we add a little salt and the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Then we add the corn and chipotle and stir well. We add the black beans and spices and cook for a minute. Finally, we add the tomatoes and simmer, partially covered, for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I don't know if this is low cal or not, but it should be!

    Ingredients:
rainbow bell peppers (1 ea. red, orange, yellow, green)
    1 zucchini
    1 yellow squash
    4 potatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes (they make different flavored ones, so that's fun)
    1 can spaghetti sauce

Bring large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile chop/dice/cube/slice potatoes, squash, zucchini, and bell peppers. Throw in pot, add kidney beans. Allow to boil until potatoes are soft. Drain, return to pot. Add corn, diced tomatoes, and sauce, cook until warm. Top with cheddar, sour cream, salsa, and all your favorite chili fixins. Serve with tortilla chips or corn bread. Browned, drained ground beef may be added to recipe if desired.
    Enjoy!

EDIT: It should feed your whole family
