Just bought a HRM!!!

I ordered a polar ft4 from Amazon last night. I have recently joined a gym & I'm super excited to find out just how much butt I am kicking in all the group classes I'm trying!! My question is: Is it simple to set up, like step by step instructions? I am VERY technically challenged!

    Very easy!! That's the one I have- and it is very easy to use and work with. I love mine!!

    I have just ordered one, and was wondering do you need to wear the chest strap all day or does the watch bit wok out how many calories you have used.

    you need to use the chest strap as you workout.
