Hey I've not long started

Hey I'm pretty new to this and I've found it really useful I used to think that I ate really healthy then when I put what I ate for the first time in I was shocked!!! I've stuck to the calories and done really well. I need to lose at least a stone and a dress size before end of July. Any tips on how I can be really successful? X I joined a year ago but it didn't last long keeping the diary up to date but I am determined to lose this weight!!! X
