i found this pic from feb 2007 my daughters first birthday. i was most likely in the 190's the other pic is from may 2009 at my first goal weight. since then i did put 13 pound back on but i am currently working on getting those off plus some. this is motivating knowing i have been there and i can do it.

    thank you everyone. i just keep looking at the picture, its amazing. i thought i was healthy back then.
