Your Blood Pressure.

Just curious.. since you all started your new lifestyles, have you noticed significant changes to your blood pressure?

Up until a little over 2 years ago, mine was low (less than 110/70) Since I've Gained weight(about 20ish pounds) its gone up to about 140/85. Now that I'm losing, its slowly ticking down.

Have you noticed increases/decreases to your BP as you've gained/lost weight?

My dad is at the lowest weight of his adult life and highest blood pressure (although now medicated)

at 190 pounds, i was around 120/70.. now, at 150 pounds (and being a dedicated runner) I am at 90/50 with a pulse of 60 or so, and that's not rest. That's while I'm working.

I was on blood pressure meds. I was determined not to have to depend on pills for the rest of my life. My resting blood pressure now is 115/76. It use to be around 195/86. It took me a little over a year to make it. I started at 230 lbs. I now weight 192.

I've always been about 110/65. Even at my heaviest. I think it is in part due to the fact I am young. My highest blood pressure ever is right now and that's thanks to pregnancy! Thankfully nothing too high, 128/77

Definite drop - was 130/90 around 5 years ago, now usually 115/75 range. My HR is typically 48-50 right after I walk into doctor's office, which has surprised more than one nurse. I'm 50 years old.
