    Wow,

    You look amazing. I just started MFP and I am learning that it is definitely a huge support system with the reading of other people success alone. I want to know what did you do to stary motivated. I have been working out like 7 times a week and I am a little discouraged that the results are coming so slowly. I have been monitoring my food intake but sometimes it's very discouraging.

    Holy girl! You look fantastic! Good for you. I never really believed that weight training would make a difference, but you are proof of that! As soon as I recover enough from rotator cuff surgery, Im going to start. Do you train at home or a gym?

    Wow you look great - CONGRATULATIONS! Can't wait til I get into a bikini since I've been telling my kids (13 and 15 yr old girls) I'm going to do it then go on a cruise. I hope I can look as good as you when I lose that much. Thanks for posting - it was definitely motivation for me to get out there and do my walk right now rather than doing housework!
