Motto: Do What you don't want to do!

Here's a motto you may want to consider adopting once in a while (even if it's just once - try it!)

Ask yourself: What do I not want to do right now - and just DO IT!

Try it once. There are lots of thoughts that will come to mind that you may not realize...

Your mind says,

"Dont make the bed..." MAKE IT

"Don't pay those bills today" PAY THEM NOW

"Don't work out..." GO WORK OUT

or the opposite:

"Just eat that piece of cake..." NO I WILL NOT EAT IT!

"Turn on the TV and relax..." GET UP AND DO SOMETHING FUN!

It sounds silly, and may not be something you can keep up with everyday, but I like to do it at least once a week so I get done with all the things I'm putting off. You literally have to treat your mind differently.

I get up and decide, "today will be, "Do what I don't want to do day" and then I don't look back.

It really works!
