Today, I finished Day 9 (Pure Cardio)! This workout is definitely crazy! Loving how Shaun T pushes us because I am definitely breathing heavily after each workout!

I am in. I am about to start week 3. I am going to do 2nd fit test today. I hope I do better than 1st time. Then I am taking 2 days break since I am leaving out of town.

I started 2 weeks ago and in week 2 I had a back problem which cut out a few days. I started over with week one and will take this through July. I coach HS football and I am doing the warm up routine with our players as part of their summer conditioning.0

Today, I finished Day 12 (Cardio Abs and Pure Cardio)! Tomorrow is my rest day so I have officially completed two weeks of Insanity! Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far!0 -

Happy Sunday everyone! Today is my rest day (Day 14!) and for some reason, I felt like I needed to do some kind of workout today! lol, so I went for a 3 mile run this morning! I can't believe how much endurance I have because I ran the whole 3 miles without stopping! What an awesome feeling!
Planning to clean up the house for the rest of the day. The hubby is going on a business trip to San Diego tomorrow for four days and then the mother-in-law is coming into town Friday!

I know right? I'm glad I'm not a critic. Especially an objective one with no ties to anything. You have to be careful. You'd hate for someone to mess around and tell the truth. Prove me wrong and do it for a year.

I'm a little ahead on month 2 week 2 and I sure love me some Insanity! The changes in my body are phenominal! After Insanity I am going to do RushFit then plan on another round of Insanity! Keep pushing people the results are worth it!0
