Hi
After a lot of research about different programmes, I've decided to give Insanity a go as I've been given a free copy. I'm quite a beginner but have read posts about how people just did it at their own pace.

Would love to hear from others who are just starting.

I've been doing a few work outs here and there with people I work with. It seems like a good system, I don't have the time to do the system flat out in addition to my weight training.

It's like anything else though, if you put effort into it, it' seems like it'll be a great system. If you half *kitten* it, you'll get a half assed work out.

It's definately easy to get motivated during it, especially if you can do it with a friend or two.

Im on Month #2 Day #9 tomorrow! and Month one is hard but MONTH 2 is CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY F'N HARD!! And I only lost 4 pounds total so far :( But I have lots of muscle tone.. So, I think the LESS you have to lose THE LONGER it takes to lose it.. O well, I just keep pushin play daily :) Even if I dont want to.. lol YOU CAN DO IT! JUST GIVE IT UR ALL. AND UM, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND A GOOD DIET PLAN AND DONT UNDER EAT!! WITH INSANITY YOU NEED AT LEAST 1600 AND UP IN CALORIES..

I have only lost 1kg with insanity however I am nearly at my target weight. I have toned a lot and lost cm.

Yes it is intense, and I still have to modify some moves, but I still love it.

I finished insanity 2 weeks ago, I didnt do the diet/ nutrition part but followed the workout routine by the book with great results. I lost 10lbs and 14cms over the 8weeks and loved it. It is tough- i really struggled at first and I am a keen gym/ spin cycling class person. However you will be amazed how quickly your stamina changes. I could not manage a full push up at the begining and can now do a few sets and was always surprised with my increase on the fit tests.

Its LOVE TO HATE IT workout but you will see results. Good Luck, ''DIG DEEPER''!!
