Hey guys I was wondering is it realistic to lose 25-30 pounds in 2 and a half months? Also when you lose weight does it take off inches to? I am planning on exercising for an hour to an hour and a half each day. Watch what I eat and enjoy life. But how do you get motivated to do it everyday?

I'm not expert but I have just committed to a big lifestyle change and I have been doing a lot of research. You really only want to lose 1-2 lbs a week. However, when someone starts cutting calories and exercising the first couple of pounds drop rather quickly. You will see inches & pounds. As far as motivation, set goals, get motivational friends on the site, and try to remind yourself exactly why you are committing to this. Hope I helped! Good Luck FCH!!!!0
