Is this plan okay?

I'm lacto-ovo-vegan... And I indulge some weeks with sweets.. But my primary exercises would dancing (choreographed), yoga and walking(i'm naturally a fast walker..) i used to run but it doesn't make me comfortable.. I do some sports too... And I stand and walk the whole day.

  • i have no idea what makes that different from a normal vegan, but that is not really a big thing.


    any excerise is a good excerise, but it's best if you enjoy it and it sounds like you do enjoy, so far most of my excerise is walking and that along with the counting system has really helped me, i still have a lot of areas to work on to get this working right, but i will get the balance.

    the only reason i can see the plan would not be good is if you where wanting to devolp muscle as there is no real plan for devolping that, but if that is not your objective, then don't worry about it.
