which foods have the most fibre

I need more fibre in my diet, can anyone suggest what would be the best foods to eat.

Veggies/beans like edamame, green beans, etc are good sources. Apples. I started using psyllium husk powder as a thickener in my protein shakes, and that pretty much is pure fiber. If you aren't low carb, pick whole grain products and they will have lots of fiber.0

One superfood that comes in mind when it comes to have an abundance of fiber are dry black beans. 1-2 servings of these, and you're pretty much set for the day in terms of fiber needed.0

I LOVE Fiber One cereal. (I'm not sure if it's available everywhere?) it's only 60 calories, has half the fiber you need and cen be eaten dry, with milk or on yogurt!0

If you're into cereals, go with Kashi GOLEAN, which has a good amount of fiber, along with other things, per serving size.0
