What to do during a 35 hours trip?

Hi there,
I'm going to go back home in 3 days, and I am over the moon. But there is a catch: my journey will last 35 hours, I will go to 5 airports because of 4 changes. You guessed it, I am not over the moon for that part, I'm just blasé already!
Thing is, I would like to do some exercise, I don't cope well with standing/seating/waiting/snnozing... and I need your imagination: what sort of exercise can I do in an airport?!
Oh, and I can't afford the private members club!

Walk! I you're visiting that many airports then you'll no doubt have a fairly long walk from arrivals to check-in anyway plus there's always shops to have a roam around.
On my 2nd to last flight from Turkiye I had a 17 hour wait at Istanbul, all I did was walk for about half that time. I'd sit for 30 minutes then have a walk around for 30.
Boring, yes but it also kept me active.0 -

If you don't mind the stares, you could do jumping jacks, walking lunges, and squats. There might be a private corner somewhere. I vote for walking though.0

You can do dips of a chair. Lunges while you walk up to customs or to the bathroom. That's just funny to think about. You can even giggle to yourself while you do it.0

Forget the stares and try the stairs! Nobody will think twice seeing somebody running up the stairs in an airport. Then run down again... then up again ...0 -
you know you might look a little silly doing the things I am going to suggest, but that is why we are a nation of very unhealthy people- because we don't think outside of the box when it comes to exercise and those who do are looked at as odd.
Airports often have hallways and tiny corridors with spaces that are quieter- no one walking or waiting there.
You can do floor exercises. Push ups, crunches, lunges, leg spreader, squats, one I like to do is just standing with my arms straight out to the sides- make small circles in the air with your fingertips and count the circles until you get to 200. I stop at 150- it burns!
Maybe:
Someone will see you and think you are a nut.
Someone else will see you and think you are a disciplined role model for healthy living.
An airport employee will see you and wonder why airports don't have simple exercise rooms for this very reason.

I had a 3hour stop in Honk Kong waiting for my next flight (I had already been on a plane for 16hours straight and would on the next flight for 5hours).
I walked and used every set of stairs I could find. It's a huge airport, but I think I saw every inch of it!
And while on the flights, I would go for a bathroom brake and then do 20 squats an some stretching before going back to my seat. Keeps the blood flowing.0 -

Thank you for all your valuable advice! I guess I'll be walking, going up and down stairs, and stretches in quieter corridors! That should kill time hopefully! :-)0
