    thank you, I knew I looked different, obviously, but this picture made me realise how far I have come, and how much progress I have made. So the 3 or 4lb I gained over the last fortnight of vacation and Jubilee celebrations etc is nothing, and as long as I carry on being healthy and moving more, I can be the person I want to be and not the person I was.

    I also became a grandmother since the first picture was taken!
