    I also watched my bread, rice, and potato intake!! So many Carbs!! I find that helped me lose the most weight, because where I live we like to have all three with every meal! Lol

    I wore this dress for Halloween last yr. Which I was 50 #'s heavier, so I decided to try the same dress on, to see if there was a difference!! All I can say is WOW, I had to pin back a few inches of the dress in the back to make it fit now!! Super excited!! Sorry that the pics are blurry!! Looking for some input and also to use your comments as motivation! Thanks!! :))
