      Thank you everyone i really needed it i have actually finally hit my first platue and have stayed the same weight for 3 weeks now. im finally starting to work out in the past week so hopefully it will help.
      NO i have not started to work out yet but im on my feet 8 to 12 hours a day im A baker so im constantly going its now time to add some extra activity to my life.

      Thanks to everyone again this hleps me keep motivated so i can lose that last 80lb
