My friend and I are having a pamper morning tomorow there is a pool but also we will be able to use the steam, sauna and jacuzzi. Is one better than the other I know I'm mostly going to lose water but can i burn calories or as I fear I still need to get in some extra excercise? We are planning on being there three hours.

You could just enjoy yourself - non of them will make you lose any actual weight, although the sauna will sweat out some water (replaced as soon as you have a drink), the steam room will make your skin look nice, and the jacuzzi will relax you. Non of them bad things!
If you want to lose some weight your going to need some exercise.....but there would be no real harm in taking one day off.0 -
You said there is a pool? If you start to feel like you want to burn some calories then go swimming.0
